Bookham and District U3A
Bookham and District University of the Third Age

The U3A is open to all who are not in full time gainful employment. Bookham and District U3A has over 600 members. Membership currently costs £14 per year and entitles members to attend the general meetings, receive newsletters (local and national) and join various study groups. The study groups may make a further charge to defray their expenses.

Members of other U3As are welcome to join the activities of our groups, providing there is room in the group.

There are three methods of applying to join Bookham & District U3A.

  • Contact the Membership Secretary, Pam Hyde, Email: membership@bookhamu3a.org.uk, telephone: 01372 454734 and ask for an application form;

  • Download an application form by clicking here, complete it and return it to the Membership Secretary. The application form contains instructions as to where the completed form should be sent and also includes details of how to pay by cheque or bank transfer.

  • Complete the online application below and then click on Submit Membership Request button below the form.

If applying on-line, on acceptance of your application, the Membership Secretary will contact you to arrange payment of membership fees, currently £14 for a single member or £28 for a couple. 

If you wish to join with a partner at the same time, please complete and submit a separate form. Subscription payment can be made jointly when the application(s) have been approved.
